When you purchase a website from Micro Scripts we give you free of charge life time* support for technical problems with the websites.

We do not provide support on how to use the website although we will help you with anything basic.

Support does not include changes to the design or any of the website although some maybe offered to you free of charge.

We are not responsible if your server has problems and your website is lost for this we do not provide a free reinstall of the website.

If your website is hacked due to server security unless the website is hosted with us we will not provide a reinstall of the website.

All other problems we will fix within 24 hours free of charge.



*Life time support is offered to those who take up our hosting those that host elsewhere are given 3 months free technical support.
